Imagining Shower Curtains, Low Rates, and Crazy Records
Imagine Quote of the Day: “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” – Albert Einstein
Hey Mortgage Fans, be the first on your block to download my app to your phone.
And here are some good apps to help you save money.
Wuss’up This Week: Every day reports are released about the economy that can sway interest rates in either direction. Today we have 10-yr Note Auction, tomorrow Jobless Claims (expected 267k), and on Friday Consumer Sentiment and Retail Sales. If these are in favor of the economy rates will go up, if it shows a weak economy rates will trend down.
Rates are once again beautiful, Mortgage Fans. A 30yr fixed rate remains in the mid-to-upper 3s with ARM rates about a half a point lower. As usual rates will vary based on credit score, type of home, equity in the home, and type of shower curtain in the home.
Don’t forget to remember: For any purchase or refinance loan over $240k I will waive all lender fees – a $1,050 savings! Grab yourself a cup of instant karma and pass this info onto any friends, family, coworkers or Guinness Book record holders that can use this gift!
Imagine Quote of the day 2: “My son told me a girl was yelling at him and he just sat there wondering what he did wrong. Imagine, at 9, being so ready for marriage.” – @thevirutualidiot
Timeout for Trivia: Congrats to those who last week guessed Nicolette Sheridan. Want to be entered into a drawing to win a Ray Gun Nose Hair Trimmer? Simply email me the answer to this week’s Who Am I? question. Good luck: “It was on this day back in ’83 that I filed for bankruptcy. You might remember me from my bit parts in Wayne’s World or Fight Club, but definitely not Wedding Crashers despite Will Farrell wanting me to appear. Regardless, I’m not known for acting; singing is my gig. Financially it’s been a rocky road, but my music career has been paradise.”
