Wuss’up This Week: Every day reports on the health of our economy are releases that can sway interest rates in either direction. Today we’ve got Janet “why you” Yellen speaking at 9:00 CST, tomorrow Jobless Claims, and Friday’s Consumer Sentiment report. Anything in favor of the economy rates will tick up, and vice-versa if the news is not good.
Interest rates continue to remain beautiful, Mortgage Fans! Today we’ve got 30-year fixed rates in the mid-3s with ARMs about a half a point lower. As usual rates will vary based on type of home, equity in the home, your credit scores, and if Tom Hanks photobombed your wedding pics
Don’t forget to remember: Any purchase or refinance loan over $240k I will waive all lender fees – a $1,050 savings! Grab yourself a cup of instant karma and pass this info onto any friends, family, coworkers, or people that enjoy cartoon screw ups that can use this gift.
Life Quote of the Day 2: “Life is more exciting when you’re out there living it. I read that somewhere.” – @yoyoha
